Trade nenya_kanadka?!

Here’s an interesting meme I found somewhere (can't remember whose LJ!) that I've now posted to my profile. I had to mess around with some of the HTML to make it display in the profile, so this may look slightly different than the original code the site gives you. But it's a spiffy meme--fun to do. Apparently you can "trade" cards by putting them in your Memories. But I don't know how to do that yet....

Plug! Icons and the VLA

Are you a fan of Vulcans? agentrosecotton has started a spiffy LJ community devoted to praising the general wonderfulness (and hotness, naturally) of the Vulcan race. Spock, Tuvok, Vorik, Sarek, Surak, T'Pol, etc. A few Romulans, such as The Romulan Commander from TOS (he must have had a name, you know), Sela, Telek R'Mor, or Donatra may be allowed in, because of the shared ancestry. Secondly, mylittleredgirl reminded me of something I've been meaning to do: post a bunch of Livejournal icons I've made over the last few months. I don't have a paid LJ yet, so I can't use all the icons I make. But I just...keep making them. So--if you see any here that you like that aren't spoken for already (I'll mark the ones that are), let me know and credit me and you can have them. They are mostly Star Trek, though there's at least two or three Stargate ones and some non-SF-related ones. Several of them I've used before in my Livejournal, but some are brand-spankin'-new.
